阿司匹林对SMMC-7721人肝癌细胞增殖的影响

目的:探讨阿司匹林对肝癌细胞株SMMC-7721体外增殖的影响。方法:SMMC-7721细胞体外培养,阿司匹林处理细胞,倒置显微镜观察细胞形态学改变,MTT法检测细胞增殖程度,Tunel法检测细胞凋亡指数。结果:不同浓度的阿司匹林能明显抑制细胞增殖,且抑制程度呈现剂量和时间依赖关系。细胞凋亡指数也随阿司匹林浓度的增加而增加。结论:阿司匹林对SMMC-7721的增殖具有抑制作用,抑制程度与阿司匹林的浓度和作用时间呈正相关,其作用机制可能是通过诱导细胞凋亡来抑制细胞的增殖。

Effects of aspirin on the proliferation of cell lines SMMC-7721 in hepatic cancer

Objective：To investigate the effect of aspirin on the proliferation of cell line SMMC-7721 in the liver cancer in vitro. Methods：SMMC-7721cells were treated with aspirin for culturing. Inverted microscope was used to observe the cell morphology and cell proliferation was measured by MTT method. Terminal deoxynucleotide transferas-mediated a UTP nick and labeling（tunel）was used to examine the apoptosis index of cells. Results：Aspirin of different concentrations could inhibit the proliferation of SMMC-7721 cells,and the apoptosis index climbed with the increased dose of aspirin,which showed relationship of does-time dependence regarding inhibition.Conclusion：Aspirin can inhibit proliferation of liver cancer cell line SMMC-7721 and the inhibition correlates positively with dose of aspirin. The potential mechanism may be associated with cell inhibition through inducing apoptosis.
