| 摘 要： | 本实验通过诱发大鼠大肠杆菌性腹膜炎，以外周血、门脉血中内毒素、肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ）、黄嘌呤氧化酶（ＸＯＤ）、谷胱甘肽（ＧＳＨ）、丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）谷丙转氨酶（ＧＰＴ）等的含量为指标，观察了腑安冲剂对实验性腹膜炎大鼠内毒素血症的影响及对肝脏的保护作用。结果表明：腑安冲剂能降低腹膜炎时外周血及门静脉血中的内毒素，减少肿瘤坏死因子的释放，并有保护肝脏免受自由基损伤的作用。 |

| Abstract: | The endotoxin,XOD,GSH,MDA,TNF,GPT and hepatic pathological change were observed as indices for analysing the effects of Fu an disperser on liver and endotoxaemia in experimental peritonitis of rats. The results showed that the levels of endotoxin in peripheral and portal veins were significantly reduced with the treatment of Fu an disperser.The release of TNF was also inhibited and the liver was protected from lipoperoxide injury. |
