医学博士生党支部的功能拓展及实施途径

医学博士生是我国高等医学教育的最高层次,其思想道德水平和科技文化素质直接关系到祖国的前途,加强和改进博士生思想政治工作具有重要的意义。本文分析了医学博士生党支部的特点、党支部建设的薄弱环节,结合医学博士生自身特点,提出了具有武汉大学特色的研究生党支部建设新模式,通过几年的实践,取得了良好效果,值得进一步推广。

Extending and Implementing Functions of the Party Branch of MD Candidates

Candidates of medical doctor's degree are at the highest level of higher medical education in our country,and their moral standard and technological quality have a direct bearing on the country's future.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen and improve moral and political work of the students.The paper analyzes the characteristics of the Party branch of MD candidates and weakness in its construction,and then by relating the features of the students themselves,proposes a new model of the graduates' Party branch with Wuhan University's characteristics.It has achieved satisfactory results after a few years' practice and deserves further popularization.
