肝脏损伤的治疗(附102例临床分析)

目的　分析肝脏损伤的临床特点 ,探讨如何提高肝损伤的抢救成功率。方法　回顾性分析我院1992～ 2 0 0 2年期间收治的 10 2例肝脏损伤的临床资料。本组手术治疗 81例 ,保守治疗 18例 ,另有 3例在术前准备中死亡。结果　手术治疗组 74例治愈 ,7例死亡 ;保守治疗组 17例治愈 ,1例死亡 ;9例发生并发症。结论　重度肝损伤和 /或合并严重复合伤及救治延误是死亡的主要原因。此类患者应及时手术治疗 ,部分轻度肝损伤患者可以经保守治疗治愈。

Clinical Analysis on Treatment of Liver Injury (102 Cases Report)

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of liver injury and investigate the way to improve the success rate of emergency resuscitation. Methods The clinical data of 102 cases of liver injury treated at our hospital from 1992 to 2002 were collected and analyzed. 81 of them were treated operatively, 18 cases were subject to conservative treatment and the other tree patients died in preparation before operation. Results In operative group, 74 patients recovered and 7 patients died. In conservative group, 17 cases were cured and 1 case died. Complications occurred in 9 cases. Conclusion Severe liver injury or with multiple traumas and delayed treatment were main factors resulting in death. This category of patients should be treated by operation in time. Multi-departmental cooperation should be made in management of the patients with severe multiple traumas. Some patients with mild liver injury may be treated conservatively.
