皂角刺总黄酮对体内外人肝癌细胞株HepG2作用活性的研究

摘    要:目的:探索皂角刺总黄酮对肝癌细胞体内外抑制作用。方法:采用不同剂量的皂角刺总黄酮对肝癌细胞的体外敏感性;对荷瘤小鼠进行体内实验,观察该提取物对肝癌细胞生长的抑制情况。结果:体外实验2.0-0.75mg/ml浓度下皂角刺总黄酮对其增殖有明显的抑制作用,体内实验50、100和150mg/kg剂量分别对荷瘤小鼠生命延长率分别为50.2%、67.2%和74.6%,抑瘤率分别达到55.3%、55.4%和60.3%。结论:皂刺总黄酮在体内外具有明显抑制肝癌细胞的作用。该实验结果为将来皂刺总黄酮应用于临床提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Objective To explore the inhibitory effects of extracts from flavone components from Spina gleditsiae on liver cancer ceils in vivo and in vitro. METHODS The sensitivity of extracts from flavone components from Spina gleditsiae, to Hepatocellular carcinoma HepG2 in vitro. The inhibitory and growth of the tumor and the weight change of the mice were observed. When the dosage was 2.0-0.75mg/ml,the flavone components from Spina gleditsiae has the inhibitory effects on tumor. When the dosage was 2.0-0.75mg/ml in vitro, the average tumor inhibition rate on Hepatocellular carcinoma were 50.2% ,67.2% and 74.6% respectively, the survival extending rate on HepG2 mice were 55.3%, 55.4% and 60.3%. Conclusions Our results have demonstrated that Herb flavonoids can inhibit HepG-2, suggesting that Herb flavonoids may nrnvlde a nntential alternative for
