| 摘 要： | 肥胖是困扰世界各国的公共卫生难题。多项大规模临床试验提示,肥胖是慢性肾脏病发生、发展的重要影响因素,其可引起肾脏组织发生病理改变,增加尿蛋白水平,加快肾小球滤过率下降速度,使患者更快进入终末期肾病。而在血液透析患者中,肥胖却可以带来生存获益,可能与患者的营养水平有关。本文将上述与肥胖相关的慢性肾脏疾病的研究进展做一简要综述。

| Abstract: | Obesity is a global public concern.Many studies have indicated that obesity is involved in the development of chronic kidney disease by causing pathological changes in kidney tissue,increasing urine protein levels,accelerating the decline of glomerular filtration rate,and eventually triggering end-stage renal disease.However,obesity may benefit patients under haemodialysis in terms of survival,which may be explained by the nutritional level.This article reviews the recent advances in obesity-related chronic kidney diseases. |
