| 摘 要： | 胃癌的发生是一个多基因、多步骤、多阶段的复杂过程。Livin在胃癌组织中的表达与caspase-9的表达呈负相关,而与p53呈正相关,提示抑癌基因p53的突变和caspases-9蛋白抑制其介导级联激活反应引起细胞凋亡作用。干扰Livin在胃癌组织中上调或下调机制,影响Livin抗细胞凋亡作用和机制,可能在胃癌的发生和发展中起着重要作用。因此,研究Livin与caspase-9、p53之间的关系,为肿瘤的早期诊断、基因治疗和细胞治疗提供了新的靶点,为胃癌的检测和治疗提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | The occurence of gastric cancer is a complex process with multi-genes,multi-steps and multi-stages.The expression of the livin in the gastric cancer was negatively correlated with the expression of caspase-9 and positively correlated with p53,which indicates the mutation of anti-oncogene p53,and that caspase-9 protein restrain the apoptosis caused by cascades activation reaction mediated by p53.It may play important roles in the occurrence and development gastric cancer by interfering the up-regulation or d... |
