| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用硝普钠治疗扩张型心肌病重症心力衰竭的疗效。方法持续静脉泵人硝普钠，血压低者加用多巴胺持续静脉泵人，观察28例扩张型心肌病患者的疗效。结果显效15例（53．6％），有效11例（39．3％），无效2例（7．1％）。结论应用硝普钠治疗扩张型心肌病重症心力衰竭安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect of sodium nitreprusside on severe heart failure. Methods Sodium nitroprusside was continuously intravenously pumped. Dopamine was added for patients with low blood pressure. The curative effect of 28 dilated cardiomyopathy patients with severe heart failure were studied. Re- suits Fifteen patients were marked effective （53. 6% ）. 11 patients were effective （39. 3% ）. 2 patients were inef- fective （7. 1% ）. Conclusion Sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy patients with severe heart failure is safe and effective. |
