低分子肝素钙治疗进展性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的观察低分子肝素钙治疗进展性脑梗死的疗效及其对血液流变学的影响。方法进展性脑梗死患者76例，随机分为两组：观察组38例在内科常规治疗的基础上加用低分子肝素钙注射液皮下注射；对照组38例只采用内科常规治疗。结果观察组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗后全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、血小板聚集率等血液流变学指标均明显改善（P〈0．05）。结论低分子肝素钙是治疗进展性脑梗死安全而有效的药物。

Clinical study on the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction with low molecular weight heparin calcium

Objective To study the effect and the safety of low molecular weight heparin calcium on the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction. Methods Seventy - six patients with progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into low molecular weight heparin calcium treated group （treatment group） and comrol group. The control group was given routine drug treatment and the treatment group was given low molecular weight heparin calcium treatment at the same time. Results The effective rat was significantly highter in the treatment group than in the control group and hemodynamic change of treatment group were apparently better than those of control group. Conclusion The treatment of progressive cerebral infarction with low molecular weight heparin calcium is safe and efficient.
