甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的临床观察

目的评价甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的疗效和安全性。方法2007-06-2007-12对山东省生建八三医院所处社区的58例2型糖尿病患者应用甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗，治疗前后测量空腹血糖（FHG），餐后2h血糖（P2BG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc）、体重及体重指数（BMI），观察低血糖发生率。结果58例入选患者全部完成治疗观察。治疗24周后，患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白的平均值分别下降了2．17mmol／L、3．26mmol／L和1．45％，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；体重和体重指数略有增加，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；低血糖发生率较低。结论甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病血糖控制效果好，低血糖发生率低，依从性良好。

The dinieal observation of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To evaluate the curative effects and the security of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus, Methods Fifty-right patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus from the community where shengiian 83 Hopital is located from June 2007 to December 2007 were treated by insulin glargine oornbined with repaglinide. The fasting blood glucose,2 hours postpradial blood glucose,glycosyiated hemoglobin, the body weight and the body weight index were measured,and the incidence of the hypoglyemia was oberved. Results All the 58 patients being selected completed the treatment and the observation. After 24 weeks of the treatment, the mean values of fasting blood glucose, 2 hours postpradial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin decreased by 2. 17mmol/L, 3.26mmol/L and 1.45 % respectively, the difference were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. The body weight and the body weight index slightly increased, but the difference were no statistionly significant. The incidence of hypoglycemia was lower. Conclusion The effects of blood glucose control of insulin glargine oombined with repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus were good, the incidence of hypcglycemia is low and the compliance is good.
