蛇床子总香豆素对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症大鼠骨矿和骨微量元素的影响

摘    要:目的研究蛇床子总香豆素(TCFC)对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症骨组织骨矿和微量元素含量的影响。方法切除大鼠双侧卵巢制作骨质疏松症动物模型,测定动物骨组织中Ca、P、Zn、Cu、Fe、Mg等元素含量。结果模型组大鼠骨组织中的Ca、P、Zn、Cu、Fe、Mg的含量显著降低,蛇床子总香豆素各组可明显增加去卵巢大鼠骨组织中微量元素的含量。结论蛇床子总香豆素对雌激素缺乏引起的骨矿和微量元素丢失具有明显的防治作用。

THE EFFECT OF TOTAL COUMARINES FROM CNIDI FRUCTUS ON THE CONTENTS OF MINERAL AND TRACE ELEMENTS IN BONES OF OVARIECTOMIZED OSTEOPOROSIS RATS

Abstract:Objective: In the present investigation the effects of TCFC on the contents of mineral and trace elements in tibia of osteoporossis rat induced by ovariectomization have been observed. Methods: The rats were bilaterally ovariectomized making as production of animal models of osteoporosis. The contents of calcium phosphate in tibias were determined by chemical analysis and the trace elements were detected by atom absorption spectrophotometer. Results: The contents of calcium, phosphorus, zinc, copper, iron and magnesium in bone of ovariectomization group decreased significantly, TCFC can significantly increased the contents of trace elements in the bone of rat bilaterally Ovariectomized. Conclusion: I TCFC can inhibit loss of mineral and trace elements in bone induced by estrogen-deficiency. The estrogen like action of TCFC may pay a main role in this protection.
