蒙药阿那日五味漂浮片提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的:研究阿那日五味漂浮片的醇提工艺和水提取工艺。方法:应用正交试验设计方法筛选阿那日五味漂浮片的醇提工艺和水提取工艺的最佳条件。结果:醇提的最佳工艺条件为A281C2D3,即:乙醇浓度为60%,加液量为8倍,回流提取3次,每次1.5小时;水提取的最佳工艺条件为A382C3,即:加入12倍量的水,回流提取3次,每次2小时。结论:本实验为阿那日五味漂浮片的研制提供了科学的依据。

Research On The Extraction Technology Of Anari Wuwei floating tablet

Abstract:Objective: To study the extraction technology of Anari Wuwei floating tablet. Methods: the orthog- onal test was used to screen the best conditions of the extraction technology. Results: the optimum conditions of ethanol extraction technology are A2B1C2D3, that is : ethanol concentration of 60% , 8 times liquid amount , extracting three times, each time 1.5 hours ; the optimum conditions of water extraction technology are A3B2C2 , that is : 12 times liquid amount , extracting three times, each time 2 hours. Conclusion: the recearch results provide some scientific basis for the Anari Wuwei floating tablet.
