甲状腺改良Miccoli手术与传统开放手术的临床疗效分析

目的比较改良Miccoli术式腔镜辅助甲状腺手术与传统开放甲状腺手术的临床疗效。方法将40例甲状腺肿瘤患者随机分入对照组与观察组，每组20例。对照组患者接受传统开放手术，观察组患者接受改良Miccoli术式腔镜辅助甲状腺手术，比较两组手术效果、美容效果、术后并发症及复发率。结果观察组手术时间显著长于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组术中出血量、颈部恢复活动时间、引流时间及住院天数显著少于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组并发症发生率及复发率分别为10．O％和0，对照组为10．0％和5．0％，差别无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论改良Miccoli术式腔镜辅助甲状腺手术与传统开放手术临床疗效相当，但前者具有微创、术后恢复快的特点。

Effect comparison between modified miccoli thyroidectomy and open thyroid operation

Objective To compare the clinical effect between modified Miccoli thyroidectomy and open operation on thyroid. Methods A total of 40 patients with thyroid tumor were randomly divided into control group and trial group （ n = 20/group）. The control group was given open operation and the trial group modified Miccoli thyroidectomy. Operation effect, cosmetic result, postop- erative complication and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time in the trial group was much longer than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Intraoperative bleeding, recovery time of neck activity, drainage time and hospital stay in the trial group were less than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Postoperative complication and recurrence rate of the trial group and the control group were 10.0% vs. 10.0% and 0 vs. 5.0% , respectively （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effects in the two groups are equivalent, while modified miccoli thyroidectomy has the advantage of open operation with mini- mally invasive and faster recovery.
