偏头痛发作间歇期的脑血流动力学研究

摘    要:
探讨偏头痛发作间歇期的脑血流动力学改变。方法采用经颅多普勒(TCD)技术,对120例偏头痛患者在头痛间歇期检测脑底动脉血流速度。结果TCD异常率52%,异常改变主要为平均血流速度增高、两侧血流速度不对称及出现血管杂音。普通和典型偏头痛两组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论本病脑血流速度增高可能系血管紧张度增加或动脉管腔的功能性狭窄所致。噪音性杂音的出现有助于本病的诊断。TCD改变不能鉴别典型和普通型偏头痛。

Abstract:
Objective To study the changes in cerebral hemodynamics during headache-free period. Methods A transcranial Dopplar (TCD) technique was used. Results An abnormal rate of 52% was detected according to the TCD parameters.Conclusion The abnormalities included mainly an increased mean velocity of blood flow, asymmetric bilateral velocity and vasscular murmar. Therewasnosignificant difference bet ween the cerebral hemodynamic abnormalities in patients with common migraine and those withclassic migraine.
