| 摘 要： | 目的扩大PICC导管应用的适应证。方法对21例患者实施经股静脉穿刺PICC导管置入下腔静脉,患者分别为装有心脏起搏器和双上肢烧伤各1例、肿瘤患者静脉条件差3例、PICC导管经外周静脉穿刺失败16例。结果21例置管均一次穿刺成功,辅以相应的护理措施,无一例发生并发症。结论PICC经股静脉穿刺置入下腔静脉安全、可行,扩大了PICC导管应用的范围。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate application and managements of modified peripheraly inserted central cathcte(PICC).Methods The modified PICC through the femoral vein to the inferior vena cava was performed in 1 patient with cardiac pacemaker,1 patient with burnt arms,3 patients with neoplasm and 16 patients who had undergone unsuccessful PICC through the peripheral vein.Results All the 21 patients undergoing the modified PICC were inserted successfully only once and nobody had complication.Conclusion The modified ... |
