| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨微阵列酶联免疫法检测的临床价值。方法:用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和微阵列酶联免疫法(Ar-ray-ELISA)检测试验组样本的抗-HIV抗体、抗-TP抗体。分别统计两种方法检测阳性、阴性的样本数目,并进行统计学处理。结果:两种方法分别检测400份实验组样本,统计检测结果并经卡方检验证明无差别。检测结果的总符合率均为100%。结论:微阵列酶联免疫法与ELISA法无统计学差异,初步证明可以满足艾滋病哨点监测工作中检测工作的要求。
