自动顶空-毛细管气相色谱法测定水中卤代烃

摘    要:
目的:建立水中卤代烃的测定方法。方法:优化色谱条件和顶空条件,采用自动顶空毛细管气相色谱法测定水中卤代烃。结果:7种组分在10 min内完成测定并具有较好的分离效果;线性良好,相关系数大于0.998。用建立的方法对人工合成水样,标准进行测定,变异系数0.38%~5.8%。最低检测质量浓度为0.05μg/L(四氯化碳、三氯乙烯),0.1μg/L(四氯乙烯)0,.5μg/L(三氯甲烷、二氯一溴甲烷、一氯二溴甲烷)1,μg/L(三溴甲烷)。结论:所建立的方法简便、快速,具有较好的精密度与准确度,可用于水中卤代烃的测定。

Objective: To set up the analysis methods of chlorohydrocarbon in water.Methods: With optimization of chromatographic conditions and headspace conditions,the automatic headspace capillary gas chromatography was adopted to determine chlorohydrocarbon in water.Results: The seven kinds of components were completed determination in 10 minutes with good separation efficiency.
