| 摘 要： | 目的:调查分析杭州市萧山区2006年5月-2010年12月泌尿生殖道标本的支原体培养及药物敏感试验,指导临床合理使用抗生素。方法:采用肉汤稀释法检测临床标本,同时检测解脲脲原体(Uu)、人型支原体(Mh)和9种抗菌药物;支原体培养鉴定、药敏试剂盒为生物梅里埃产品Mycoplasma IST(BioMerieux)。结果:支原体培养的13636例标本中,5295例Uu阳性,阳性率为38.8%;299例Mh阳性,阳性率为2.2%;解脲脲原体、人型支原体均阳性1232例,阳性率为9.1%。药敏结果显示,多西环素、普拉霉素和交沙霉素的抗菌活性较强。结论:支原体感染以Uu为主,其次Uu+Mh。女性感染率显著高于男性,临床要根据药敏试验结果选用抗生素,才能获得最佳疗效。
