| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨巨噬细胞加帽蛋白(CapG)在肺癌临床病理特征、癌细胞转移和患者预后中的价值。方法:S-P免疫组化法检测63例有完整资料的肺癌患者癌组织标本及相应癌旁组织CapG蛋白表达,分析CapG蛋白与肺癌患者临床病理特征和转移预后的关系。结果:CapG蛋白肺癌细胞胞浆及胞核阳性表达为33.3%(21/63),并与肺癌组织学类型、肿瘤分化程度、肿瘤大小、临床分期、淋巴结转移及抽烟有关(P<0.05);Kaplan-Meier生存分析显示CapG蛋白阳性患者生存率较阴性患者为低(P<0.05),Cox风险比例模型显示淋巴结转移及CapG蛋白阳性可显著增加肺癌患者的死亡风险(P<0.05)。结论:CapG基因在肺癌发生发展中起重要作用,与肺癌转移及低生存率有关,可作为临床早期发现肺癌转移及预测预后的指标。 |
