| 摘 要： | 目的观察个体化顺铂给药的消化道反应与有关资料比较分析。方法回顾性收集了我院2000年1月～2006年1月晚期姑息治疗原则,含顺铂方案的86例共140周期的临床资料,按70mg／m^2计算出周期顺铂总量,首剂均为20mg。静脉避光滴注。第2天用量根据当日晨消化道反应决定用量,无反应或Ⅰ^＊消化道反应加倍顺铂量为40mg,逐日递加至60mg／d为限。每日常规给予胃复安10mg或格拉斯琼3mg预处理。结果140个周期含顺铂方案消化道反应为55％（77／140）．与有关报道〉90％明显下降。表明个体顺铂给药患者消化道反应具有较好耐受性,提高了治疗期生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the digestive tract reaction of C-DDP administrated individually. Methods 86 cases treated by C-DDP administrated individually were studied retrospectively from January 2000 to January 2006. Results the ineidenee of digestive tract reaction of C-DDP administrated indeividually are 55 % （77/140） . Conclusion The C-DDP administrated individually has better toleamce than administrated routinely, and enhanees life quality in treatment period. |
