腮腺腺淋巴瘤的MR诊断和临床表现

目的：分析腮腺腺淋巴瘤的MRI表现及临床特征，探讨MR和临床表现在该病诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的6例腮腺腺淋巴瘤患者的影像资料，并结合文献复习。结果6例患者12个病灶，MR均表现为双侧单发，病灶或病灶主体位于腮腺浅叶后下极，MR平扫T1加权像呈低信号，T2加权像呈中等或者高信号，增强扫描呈中等程度强化。结论腮腺腺淋巴瘤有一定的临床表现，MR表现也具备一定的特点，对术前诊断有较大的帮助。

The clinical and MRI manifestations of adenolymphomas of the parotid gland

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of MRI and clinical manifestation on adenolymphomas of the parotid gland .Methods The MRI imaging date of 6 patients with adenolymphomas of the parotid gland proved by surgery and patholory were analyzed retrospectively .Results 12 lesions were found in 6 patients with bilateral solitary in all ca‐ses ,which located in the lower superficial pole of the parotid gland .MRI examinations showed T1 and T2 hyperinensity singnal ,6 cases （12 lesions） were shown mild enhancement .Conclusion Adenolymphomas of the parotid gland has clini‐cal manifestation and definite MR imaging findings ,which is helpful for early diognosisi of adenolymphomas of the parotid gland before operation .
