三维适形放疗治疗非小细胞肺癌近期疗效观察

目的评价三维放射治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的局部控制率和毒副作用.方法 57例非小细胞肺癌患者均采用三维适形放疗,先行大野照射40 Gy,1.8～2.0 Gy/次,5次/周,后缩野加量DT 21～27 Gy,3～4 Gy/次,3次/周,照射累积剂量DT 61～67 Gy.结果 CR 23例(40.4%),PR 29例(50.9%).毒副作用以放射性食管炎为显著,但均可耐受.结论三维适形放疗可提高患者局控率,减轻放疗的毒副作用.

Three dimensional comformal radiation for treatment of 57 patients with non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To evaluate the local control rate and serious toxicity of 3-dimensional conformal radiati on therapy (3D CRT) in treating non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods Fifty-seven patients with non-small cell l ung cancer were irradiated by 3D CRT.They first received 40 Gy of large field i rradiation at 1.8- 2.0 Gy/fraction,5 fractions/week,followed by a booster dose of 21-27 G y with reduced field, at 3-4 Gy/fraction,3 fractions/week, to a total dose D T of 61-6 7 Gy.Results There were 23 cases of CR(40.4 %) and 29 cases of PR(50.9%).Serious toxicity was found to be the radiation es ophagitis, but all cases could tolerate it.Conclusion 3D CRT enhances local control rate of NSCLC and relieves serious radia tion toxicity.
