| Abstract: | Bilateral horizontal gaze palsies are rare. In this case report, we present a 28-year-old woman with bilateral horizontal gaze palsies due to involvement of both paramedian pontine reticular formations (PPRFs) by multiple sclerosis (MS) plaques. |
