| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肝脾γδT细胞淋巴瘤的临床特征.方法：将我们诊疗的1例肝脾γδT细胞淋巴瘤结合相关文献进行分析.结果：此例肝脾γδT细胞淋巴瘤较为典型.结论：肝脾γδT细胞淋巴瘤是临床上少见的淋巴瘤类型,应注意诊断和鉴别诊断. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical characteristi cs of hepatosplenic gammadelta T-cell lymphoma(HSTCL).Methods: One case of HSTCL was reported and the related literature was reviewed. Results:This case was a typical HSTCL.Conclusions:HSTC L is a rare kind of lymphoma, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the diseas e should be paid much attention to. |
