全自动血培养仪的临床应用及评价

摘    要:
目的评价全自动血培养仪(Vital200)临床应用情况。方法采用回顾性分析,对Vital200全自动血培养仪检测4287份标本,检出阳性的时间、细菌种类及阳性率进行了评估。结果Vital200最短检出时间2小时,最长166小时,24小时以内阳性者为55.5%,48小时以内阳性者74.8%,72小时以内阳性者86.2%,细菌种类61种,阳性率10.82%;结论Vital200无论从出现阳性的时间、检出细菌种类包括营养条件高的苛养菌阳性率均明显高于本室往年BACTEC660的结果,而且操作简便、结果快速、准确。

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate an automated blood culture system. Methods A total of 4 287 blood samples were detected by the Vital 200. Time to positivity, the types of microorganisms recovered, and the positive rate were analysed retrospectively.Results The shortest time to positivity was 2 h, and the longest 166 h. The cumulative positive rates were 55.5% within 24 h, 74.8% within 48 h, and 86.2% within 72 h. There were 61 types of microoganisms recovered. The positive rate was 10.82%.Conclusion The Vital 200 in time to positive, those of the type of microoganisms including fastidous bacteria, and the positive rate were better than those of the BACTEC 660 used in our laboratory.
