| 摘 要： | 目的观察欣母沛预防前置胎盘产后出血的临床疗效。方法选择前置胎盘行剖宫产术的产妇66例,分为观察组和对照组,对照组于剖宫产术中胎儿娩出后即在子宫壁注射缩宫素20 U,并同时予生理盐水500 mL加缩宫素20 U静脉滴注,观察组在上述治疗基础上,同时给予宫壁注射欣母沛250μg。比较两组产后2 h内及24 h内出血量。结果观察组产后2 h内出血量为(258.36±45.5)mL、24 h内出血量为(301.71±49.3)mL,对照组产后2 h内出血量为(398.58±68.6)mL、24 h内出血量为(452.56±52.7)mL,观察组的出血量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用欣母沛预防前置胎盘产后出血比缩宫素效果更显著。
