云南孟连县实施全球基金疟疾控制项目效果评价

目的评价孟连县疟疾控制项目的防治实施效果。方法采用回顾性调查方法，统计2002—2004年疟疾疫情，分层随机抽样调查县、乡、村级卫生机构的疟疾防治措施落实情况，问卷调查人群疟疾常识知晓、村民疟史及蚊帐使用情况。结果2002-2004年，孟连县的疟疾发病率从项目实施前的21.8／万下降至18．3／27；疟疾正规治疗率提高50个百分点；估算全县2004年的血检和走访漏报率明显减少；当地居民对疟疾常识的知晓程度比2002年有明显提高，发热2d内就医率增加50％。结论孟连县疟疾防治能力和居民健康意识提高明显，疟疾控制项目的防治实施效果显著。

Evaluation of results in malaria control project supported by Global Fund in Menglian County, Yunnan

Objective To evaluate the results of malaria control project supported by Global Fund in Menglian County, Yunnan Province. Methods The data concerning malaria infection and the results of malaria control and malaria knowledge in the inhabitants and the use of bed nets at the village, township and county levels in Menglian County from 2002 to 2004 were surveyed by random stratified sampling using questionnaire and retrospectively analyzed. Results From 2002 to 2004, the malaria incidence reduced from 21.8/100 000 to 18.3/100 000.The malaria correct treatment rate was enhanced by 50% . The missed blood examination rate and missed reporting rate of malaria infection were obviously reduced . Malaria knowledge in the local inhabitants and students was enhanced, and medicine- seeking rate of feverish patients increased by 50% . Conclusion The capacity of malaria control and the malaria knowledge level in the inhabitants have been enhanced and significant results have been achieved in malaria control after implementation of the projecti in Menglian.
