2型糖尿病下肢动脉病变相关因素分析

目的:了解2型糖尿病下肢动脉病变发病率及其相关因素。方法:对328例2型糖尿病患者的踝肱比指数、体重指数、血压、血糖、血脂、超敏C反应蛋白、内皮素等相关因素进行分析。结果:328例患者中28例踝肱比指数<0.9,占8.5%,并进行双下肢血管彩色多普勒检查,25例提示双下肢动脉硬化及斑块,阳性率89%,Logistic回归分析表明,影响大血管病变的危险因素有年龄、体重指数,而相关分析显示下肢血管病变者病程与踝肱比指数呈负相关。结论:年龄、体重指数是大血管病变的危险因素,踝肱比指数使用简便、经济与下肢血管彩超相关性好,是临床筛查下肢动脉病变的有效手段。

Analysis of the risk factors of lower extremities artery disease in type 2 diabetic mellitus

Objective To study the morbidity and related risk factors of the lower extremities arterial disease in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods Three hundred and twenty-eight patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus were analyzed the ankle brachial index,BMI,blood pressure,blood sugar,blood lipid,C-reactive protein and endothelin.Results The ankle brachial index was below 0.9 in 28 cases(8.5%).The ultrasonic Doppler showed lower extremities arterial disease in 25 patients(89%).The risk factors of lower extremities arterial disease included the age and BMI.There was a negative relation between the duration of diabetes and ankle brachial index.Conclusion The age and the BMI are risk factors of lower extremities arterial disease.The ankle brachial index is a good method to detect lower extremities arterial disease.
