川芎嗪注射液联合低分子肝素钙对原发性肾病综合征高凝状态的作用

摘    要:目的:探讨研究川芎嗪注射液(商品名:川青)联合低分子肝素钙(商品名:尤尼舒)对原发性肾病综合征(PNS)高凝状态的作用。方法:原发性肾病综合征患者48例,随机分为两组,分别为常规治疗组(对照组)26例及川芎嗪联合低分子肝素治疗组(治疗组)22例,对照组给予激素治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用川芎嗪及低分子肝素。结果:治疗组与对照组治疗14d相比,其三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、血浆黏度、24h尿蛋白定量均明显下降(P〈0.05),血浆蛋白差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上川芎嗪联合低分子肝素治疗PNS可以更好的降低尿蛋白和血脂,降低血液黏度,明显改善患者的高凝状态,显著提高了治疗效果。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the injection of TMP (brand name: chuan green) combined with low molecular weight heparin (brand name: you nishu) of primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS) the role of hypercoagulable state. Methods: 48 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups, respectively, the conventional therapy group (control group) 26 cases and TMP combined low molecular weight heparin group (treatment group) 22 patients in the control group received hormone therapy , the treatment group was based on the use TMP and low molecular weight heparin. Results: The treatment group and control group 14 days compared to triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (TC), plasma viscosity, 24 hours urinary protein were significantly decreased (P0.05), no significant difference in plasma protein (P0.05). Conclusion: Based on the conventional treatment combined with low molecular heparin PNS TMP can better reduce urinary protein and blood lipids, lower blood viscosity, improved significantly in patients with hypercoagulable state, significantly improve the therapeutic effect.
