| 摘 要： | 【目的】探讨磨牙正中折裂的影响因素,观察全冠修复对纵形折裂磨牙的疗效。【方法]229例患牙折裂后以钢丝结扎患牙,并进行根管充填术。患牙按常规取模,制作全冠。1年后评价效果,并对影响患牙愈合的因素进行相关性分析。【结果】全冠修复正中折裂磨牙1年后的总有效率达82．10％（188／229）。折裂后就诊时间与成功率相关（P〈0．001）。【结论】磨牙正中折裂经彻底的根管治疗和完善的裂隙处理并封闭裂隙后,再用全冠进行修复,大多数牙可以保存并行使咀嚼功能。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To investigate the influential factors of midmost fractured molar teeth and observe the effect of complete coronal restoration on fractured molar teeth. [Methods] A total of 229 fractured molar teeth were tied with steel wire and treated with root cannel filling. Impression and crown were made. The results were evaluated after 1 year follow up and factors related to cure were analyzed. [Results]After 1 year follow up, the results showed that 188 cases were cured（82. 10%）and treatment opportunity was closely related to successful rate. [Conclusion] Fractured molar teeth restored with crown can perform masticatory function well. |
