| 摘 要： | 高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(Highly Active Antiretroviral Therapy,HAART)是目前治疗艾滋病的主要方法。这种治疗方法要求患者要具备很高的服药依从性。我国关于HIV感染者/艾滋病患者药物治疗依从性的研究刚刚起步。在综述了HAART的必要性、评估方法、我国HAART依从性水平、影响因素以及提高依从性水平的策略后,提出提高我国HAART依从性的策略包括:加强健康教育,提高患者用药知识;完善提醒服务,加强用药监督;构建良好医患关系,提供社会支持;加强随访。

| Abstract: | Highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART) is the primary treatment for AIDS.The treatment needs patients keeping high medication adherence.The research in this area has just started in China.This paper reviews the necessity of HAART,assessment methods,the HAART adherence level in China,influencing factors,and strategies of improvement,which include: strengthening health education,improving the knowledge for treatment;perfecting remind service,strengthen the supervision of drug treatment;building up a good doctor-patient relationship,providing social support and strengthen the follow-up. |
