二酰基甘油酰基转移酶1抑制剂的研究进展

高血脂症是一种常见的心血管类疾病,它会引起动脉粥样硬化,与高血压、冠心病、脑卒中及糖尿病密切相关,从而严重危害人类健康。随着对高血脂症发病机制的深入研究,出现了许多具有新作用机制和新作用靶点的药物,其中二酰基甘油酰基转移酶1(DGAT1)抑制剂受到人们的关注,它主要是通过抑制DGAT1酶的活性来限制甘油三酯的合成。本文简要综述对DGAT1酶具有抑制作用的降血脂药物。

Progress in diacylglycerol acyltransferase 1 inhibitors

Hyperlipidemia is one of the common cardiovascular diseases ,it＇s the cause of atherosclerosis and is highly related with hypertension, coronary disease, stroke and diabetes, consequently affects the human health seriously. With the advance of the pathogenesis research of hyperlipidemia, many drugs with new tar- gets and new mechanism are explored. Among them, DGAT1 inhibitors have increasingly been come under recognition,it＇s mainly through the inhibition of activity of the DGAT1 enzyme to limit the synthesis of the triglycerides. The hypolipidemic drugs which inhibit DGAT1 enzyme were reviewed in this article.
