胃镜下清创术联合药物治疗胃溃疡患者的疗效分析

目的：分析胃镜下清创术联合药物治疗胃溃疡患者的疗效。方法将2009年3月～2012年3月收治的326例胃溃疡患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用枸橼酸铋钾、雷尼替丁、羟氨苄青霉素、甲硝唑等进行治疗，观察组采用胃镜下清创术联合药物治疗，比较临床疗效。结果经6周治疗后，治愈率：对照组66.87%，观察组90.80%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；复发率：对照组22.09%，观察组5.52%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论与传统治疗模式相比，胃镜下清创术联合药物治疗胃溃疡临床疗效好、复发率低，值得推广。

Efficacy analysis of patients with gastric ulcer under the gastroscope combined with drugs

Objective To explore the clinical effects of gastroscope treatment for patients with gastric ulcer. Methods Selected 326 cases of patients with gastric ulcer from March 2009 to March 2012. Divide the patients into the control group and the experimental group randomly. Patients in control group were treated with bismuth potassium citrate、ranitidine、amoxicillin、metronidazole,and the patients in experimental group were treated with debridement and drugs. Compare the clinical effects of two distinct treatments. Results After 6 weeks treatments,the efficiency of control group was 66.87%while the experimental group was 90.80%. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of control group was 22.09%while the experimental group was 5.52%,the difference was significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Debridement under gastroscopes can improve the clinical effects of gastric ulcer,and reduce the occurrence of recurrence.
