摘    要:目的:探讨作为异物植入的修复假体的组织工程化替代物的制造方法。方法:采用快速成形制造技术,利用组织工程材料诱导制造人体器官。结果:实验表明,采用快速成形方法将具有生物学功能的组织工程材料制成支架,较之传统的樾入替代物,具有更好的修复,重建效果。结论:应用组织工程诱导制造的人工器官因能够适时解并最在与新陈代谢而将成为最理想的治疗手段。

Abstract:Objective To study a manufacture of tissue engineering materials to graft to human body.Method The method of inducement fabrication of the man made organs with tissue engineering materials by rapid prototyping manfacturing (RPM) and the categories are introduced in this paper. Result It is shown by the experimental results that the scaffolds made by rapid prototyping method with tissue engineering materials which have the biological functions perform well in rehabilitation and function reconstruction than traditional implant substitutes.Conclusion The human organs fabricated by this method will soon form a new industry with market potential for most of the human organs will be able to be inducement fabricated.
