| 摘 要： | 目的：研究健脾化痰法治疗痰浊中阻型梅尼埃病的疗效。方法：对88例梅尼埃病患者治疗效果进行回顾性研究,随机分为两组,中药组46例采用温胆汤、泽泻汤加仙鹤草水煎服,对照组42例采用盐酸倍他司汀注射液肌肉注射。结果：中药组和对照组分别做眩晕疗效评定和听力疗效评定,两组间比较（2χ检验）差异显著（P〈0.05）,中药组疗效优于对照组。结论：健脾化痰法治疗痰浊中阻型梅尼埃病有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the Strengthening the Spleen and resolving Phlegm treat the Phlegm in the resistance Meniere＇s Disease.Methods： 88 cases of Meniere＇s disease treatment were studied retrospectively divided into two groups,the CMB temperature of 46 cases with gall soup,Alisma Tonga Agrimony Shuijianbi control group,42 cases with Betahistine Hydrochloride Injection intramuscular.Results： traditional Chinese medicine and control groups separately assessed efficacy of vertigo hearing assessed between the two groups after statistical processing（χ2 test） difference was statistically significant,the Chinese Medicines Board more effective than the control group.Conclusions： Treatment Phlegm in the resistance Meniere＇s disease has a good effect by Strengthening the Spleen and resolving Phlegm. |
