中风病证候影响因素的研究

目的：探讨中风病证候分布与影响因素的关系。方法：对1340例中风病患者进行横断面调查，并运用单因素和多元logistic回归统计分析。结果：中风类型是影响风证发生概率的最主要因素；影响火热证的主要因素有中风类型、离退休、病期、生活方式、甘油三酯；吸烟、体重指数、病程是影响痰湿证的主要因素；工人(职业)、中风家族史、中风类型、空腹血糖、病期、高血脂病等因素是影响血瘀证发生的主要因素；影响气虚证的主要因素有肥胖、中风家族史、中风类型、工人、性剐、伴发心血管病、病期等；食盐多、高血压病、高血脂病、空腹血糖、体重指数是影响阴虚阳亢证的主要因素。结论：中风病证候变化多端，对中风病的辨证应考虑上述因素的影响。

Study on Influential Factors of Apoplexy Syndrome

Objective: To explore the relationship between the syndrome distribution of apoplexy and its influential factors. Methods: 1340 cases of apoplexy were under cross - sectional survey and analysed with single - factor and multivariute logistic regression statistics. Results: The syndrome pattern of apoplexy was the chief factor affecting the incidence of wind - Syndrome; the syndrome pattern retirement stage of disease, life style and triglyceride are those affecting heat - syndrome; smoking, body weight index and course of disease are those affecting phlegm - damp syndrome; occupation, family history, syndrome pattern, fasting blood sugar, stage of disease and hy-perlipemia are those affecting blood - stasis syndrome; obesity, family history, syndrome pattern, occupation sex, associated cardiovascular disease and stage of disease are those affecting deficiency - syndrome; excessive salt diet, hypertension, hyperlipemia, fasting blood sugar and body weight index are those affecting yin - syndrome and yang hyperactivity syndrome. Conclusion: The syndrome of apoplexy are various and the above influential factors Should be considered in its syndrome differentiation.
