无痛手牵足蹬法整复肩关节脱位合并大结节骨折

目的:观察丙泊酚静脉麻醉下手牵足蹬手法整复治疗肩关节脱位合并大结节骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2011年8月~2016年8月收治21例肩关节脱位合并大结节骨折患者,采用丙泊酚静脉麻醉下手牵足蹬手法复位治疗,术后中西结合治疗、功能锻炼。结果:21例患者均进行6~18个月的随访,所有骨折均达骨性愈合,按Neer评分系统,依据疼痛、功能、肩关节活动范围及解剖关系恢复情况进行评价,优14例,良4例,可3例,优良率85.71%。结论:采用现代无痛技术,用丙泊酚静脉注射让患者迅速处于无意识状态,无痛下行手法复位治疗肩关节脱位合并大结节骨折,轻微力量牵引复位瞬间完成,具有确切的疗效,对于传承、创新中医学亦将大有裨益。
