胸部中仟伏摄影与数字X线摄影在尘肺检查中的应用效果比较

目的研究尘肺患者应用胸部中仟伏摄影和数字X线摄影检查的效果。方法入选我院2013年1月至2013年12月尘肺普查患者50例,分别进行胸部中仟伏摄影及数字X线摄影,比较两种检测方法对尘肺患者的阳性检出率及临床分期检测情况。结果胸部中仟伏摄影、数字X线摄影的阳性检出率分别为90.0%、78.0%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,胸部中仟伏摄影检测尘肺的临床分期情况显著优于数字X线摄影（P〈0.05）。结论尘肺患者进行胸部中仟伏摄影能量减影敏感性较高,对于早期尘肺的发现及临床分期具有重要的临床价值。

Comparison of application effect of chest kilova photography and digital X-ray photography in pneumoconiosis

Objective： To study the application of chest Kilovar radiography and digital X-ray photography in the pneumoconiosis patients. Methods： Fifty cases of pneumoconiosis surveyed in our hospital from 2013 January to 2013 December were given the chest Kilovar photography and digital radiography respectively. Comparison was made regarding the two methods for detection of pneumoconiosis patients with positive rate and clinical stage of testing. Results： The positive rates of the chest Kilovar photography and digital X-ray photography was 90% and 78% respectively（ P〈 0. 05）. The clinical stages of chest k V photography to detect pneumoconiosis was significantly better than that of the digital radiography（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Chest Kilovar photography has higher sensitivity to pneumoconiosis patients and is of important clinical value.
