高龄白内障患者应用不同小切口手术的临床疗效对照

目的：对比分析高龄白内障患者应用两种小切口手术治疗的临床效果。方法资料随机选自2008年12月-2013年12月在本院诊断为白内障且行小切口手术治疗的高龄患者80例，按照机械抽样法随机分成两组，40例对照组患者行超声乳化白内障吸出术，40例研究组患者行非超声乳化小切口囊外摘除术，分析两组患者治疗后的临床效果与围手术期并发症发生情况。结果两组患者术后不同时段的散光度数组内比较，术后4周和12周的裸眼视力组内比较，差异均无统计学意义（P 〉0.05）；研究组术后1周的裸眼视力、后囊破裂、角膜水肿、术中并发症以及术后并发症发生率均明显优于对照组，比较差异均具有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）。结论高龄白内障患者应用小切口手术治疗均可有效恢复视力，且非超声乳化小切口囊外摘除术能够降低围手术期的并发症发病率。

Clinical curative effect comparison of different small incision surgery in treatment of senile cataract patients

ObJective：To compare and analyze the therapeutic effect of elderly cataract patients with application of two kinds of small incision operation treatment. Methods：The data were selected from diagnosis of 80 cases of aged patients with cataract treated with small incision operation from December 2008 to December 2013 in our hospital,and they were randomly divided into two groups according to the mechanical sampling method,with 40 cases in the control group treated with phacoemulsification,and 40 cases of study group with non-phacoemulsification small incision extracapsular cataract ex-traction. The clinical effect and peri operation complications of two groups after treatment were analyzed. Results：The differences were not statistically significant in the comparison of different periods within an array of astigmatism of two groups of patients,and the comparison of postoperative UCVA within the group after 4 and 12 weeks（P 〉 0. 05）;And 1 week after the operation,postoperative visual acuity,corneal edema,posterior capsule rupture,intraoperative complications and postoperative complication rate of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differ-ences were statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Elderly patients with small incision cataract operation therapy can effectively restore vision,and non phacoemulsification small incision extracapsular cataract extraction can reduce the in-cidence rate of complications during peri operation period.
