复方参花搽剂的体外抑菌试验及初步临床观察

目的：考察复方参花搽剂的初步药效。方法采用对照试验，通过体外抑菌试验及临床疗效观察两个方面进行研究，观察复方参花搽剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、变形杆菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌作用，观察湿疹患者搽用复方参花搽剂的临床疗效。结果复方参花搽剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、变形杆菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌有明显的抑制作用，对湿疹志愿者总有效率为96.4%，复发率22.7%。结论该制剂体外抑菌效果明显，对治疗湿疹具有有效率高尤其是治愈率高、复发率低的优点。

Antibiotic effects of Shenhua compound liniment in vitro and preliminary study on clinic efficacy

ObJective：To observe the therapeutic effects of Shenhua compound liniment. Methods：The antibacterial test in vitro of Shenhua compound liniment on Staphylococcus aureus,proteus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa was observed. The patients with Eczema was enrolled to research the therapeutic effect of Shenhua compound liniment. Results：Shenhua compound liniment had obvious inhibiting effect on Staphylococcus aureus aeruginosa,deformation of Escherichia coli. The Eczema patients treated Shenhua compound liniment,the total effective rate was 96. 4% ,the relapse rate was 22. 7% . Conclusion：The effect of bacteriostasis in vitro testing of Shenhua compound liniment was significant,In the treat-ment of eczema had high effective rate with the advantages of high cure rate and low recurrence rate.
