| 摘 要： | 目的：研究生物钟基因 Per2在非小细胞肺癌（non-small cell lung cancer，NSCLC）中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测60例非小细胞肺癌组织和20例正常肺组织中 Per2的表达，分析 Per2的表达与非小细胞肺癌临床病理特征之间的关系。结果在非小细胞肺癌和正常肺组织中，Per2蛋白的阳性表达率分别为71.7%和95.0%（P 〈0.05）。非小细胞肺癌中 Per2的表达缺失与非小细胞肺癌分化程度及 TMN 分期相关（P 〈0.05）。结论在非小细胞肺癌中 Per2蛋白表达降低，对非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展起到重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | ObJective：To discuss the expression and clinical significance of Per2 in non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods：Immunohistochemical method was used to study the expression of Per2 in 60 cases of NSCLC tissue and 20 cases of normal lung tissue,and the relation of the expression of Per2 and the clinical and pathological features of NSCLCr were analysed. Results：The expression rate of Per2 in NSCLC tissue was 71. 7% ,while in the normal lung tissue was 95. 0%（with P 〈 0. 05）. The loss of expression of Per2 in NSCLC was related with the differentiation degree and TMN staging（with P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：The lower expression of Per2 in NSCLC plays an important role in its occuring and developing. |
