| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨糖尿病足的有效护理方法和预防措施。方法对2000年3月至2008年9月住院的117例糖尿病足患者在采用整体与局部相结合的治疗前提下，做好患者的心理护理、饮食护理、足部溃疡面护理和健康宣教。结果117例患者治愈71例（60.68%），截肢5例（4.27%）。结论细心全面护理也是治疗糖尿病足的关键，能明显降低截肢率，有效改善糖尿病足患者的生活质量。 |

| Abstract: | ObJective：To explore the effective methods of care and prevention of diabetic foot. Methods：From March 2000 to September 2008 117 patients hospitalized in the treatment of diabetic foot received a combination of global and lo-cal,good psychological care of patients,diet care,foot ulcer care and health education. Results：The cure rate of 117 ca-ses of patients was 60. 68% ,the amputation rate was 4. 27% . Conclusion：Careful comprehensive care is also critical of the treatment of diabetic foot,which can significantly reduce the amputation rate and improve the quality of life in patients with diabetic foot. |
