卵巢子宫内膜异位症的腹腔镜治疗效果分析

目的：观察腹腔镜治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症的临床效果。方法将我院2009年1月至2013年6月收治的128例卵巢子宫内膜异位症随机分为两组，其中实验组（n =64例）利用腹腔镜治疗，对照组（n =64例）采用传统手术开腹治疗，两组患者随访6~24个月，分析两组的治疗效果和手术后情况，比较两组患者的疗效。结果实验组有效率100%显著高于对照组有效率为65.6%（42/64），差异具有统计学意义。此外，实验组的术中出血、拆线时间及术后住院日显著小于对照组（P 〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症疗效显著，能明显提高患者的生存治疗，具有创伤小、出血少等优点，值得临床推广。

The clinical efficiency analysis of ovarian endometriosis patients treated with laparoscopy

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficiency of laparoscopy on the treatment of patients with ovarian endo-metriosis. Methods：All 128 cases patients with ovarian endometriosis in our hospital from Jan 2009 to Jun 2013 were divid-ed into experiment（n = 64）and control（n = 64）groups. The experiment group was treated with laparoscopy,while the control group was treated with traditional surgery methods. The clinical efficiency between the two groups were compared. Results：The cute rate in the experiment group（100% ）was significantly（P 〈 0. 05）greater than that of the control group （65. 6% ,42 / 64）. In addition,the bleeding amount,stitches time and postoperative hospital stay in the experiment group were also significantly（P 〈 0. 05）less than that of the control group. Conclusion：Laparoscopic treatment of ovarian endo-metriosis can significantly improve the survival of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion due to the less blooding and trauma advantages.
