水飞蓟宾葡甲胺片联合肝细胞生长因子治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床观察

目的观察水飞蓟宾葡甲胺片联合肝细胞生长因子治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效。方法76例病人随机分为水飞蓟宾葡甲胺片联合肝细胞生长因子试验组和甘草酸二铵肠溶胶囊对照组。观察症状改善，ALT、AST、TBil、GGT和肝纤维化指标（血清HA、LN、PCⅢ、Ⅳ-C）变化。结果3mo后两组在症状改善及ALT、AST、TBil复常方面比较无显著差异（P〉0．05），但在GGT降低及肝纤维化指标恢复方面，试验组优于对照组，两组比较P〈0．05，有显著差异。结论水飞蓟宾葡甲胺片与肝细胞生长因子联合抗肝纤维化治疗有一定临床应用价值。

To observe the effect in treating chronic hepatitis B with Silybin Meglumine combined with Hepatocyte Growth-Promoting Factors

Objective To observe curative effect in treating chronic hepatitis B（CHB） using Silybin Meglumine combined with Hepatocyte Growth-Promoting Factors. Methods 76 CHB were randomization into two groups. The trail group was used with Silybin Meglumine combined with Hepatocyte Growth-Promoting Factors, and the control group with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Enteric-Coated Capsules. Many indexes were observed including symptom improving, aspartate aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, total bilirubin, γ-glutamyl transpeptidase and liver fibrosis indexes. Results There are no significant differences in symptom improving, regaining aspartate aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, total bilirubin between two groups. But in decreasingγ-glutamyl transpeptidase and regaining liver fibrosis indexes, the trail group had the advantage over the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Some clinical utilized value in using Silybin Meglumine combined with Hepatocyte Growth-Promotting Factors had been showed in anti-liver fibrosis.
