| 摘 要： | 综述我国护理硕士研究生教育的现状和临床实践能力培养中存在的问题,提出相应对策。指出护理研究生教育必须兼顾临床的发展,护理硕士研究生临床实践力的培养将是今后护理高等教育发展的主要方向,目前我国针对护理研究生临床实践力的培养体系不够完善,有待进一步研究。

| Abstract: | It reviewed the problems existing in clinical practice ability training of master of nursing students and its countermeasures,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.It pointed out that nursing graduate education must take into account the clinical development,and clinical practice ability training of master of nursing graduates will be the future main direction of nursing high education development.At present,the system of training for clinical practice ability of nursing graduates is not perfect and need to be studied further. |
