循证护理在手术室护理工作中的应用效果

[目的]研究循证护理在手术室护理工作中的应用效果。[方法]将103例手术病人随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组予以传统护理,观察组予以循证护理,比较两组病人术前及术后3d的抑郁、焦虑评分及手术当日血压、心率、护理质量评分。[结果]观察组术后3d的焦虑和抑郁评分显著低于对照组(P0.01);观察组手术当日收缩压、舒张压和心率都低于对照组(P0.05);观察组病人对各项护理质量评分高于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]手术室开展循证护理可以改善病人的心理状况及护理质量。

Application effect of evidence-based nursing care in nursing work in operating room

Objective：To study the application effect of evidence-based nursing care in nursing work in operating room.Methods：A total of 103 cases of surgical patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,patients in control group received conventional care,patients in observation group received evidence-based care,then to compare the depression,anxiety scores before surgery and three days after surgery,and blood pressure,heart rate,quality of care scores on the surgical day between both groups.Results：in observation group the anxiety and depression scores on 3d after surgery were significantly lower than that in control group（P〈0.01）;in observation group,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate were significantly lower on the surgical day than that in control group（P〈0.05）;the quality of care score of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Evidence-based care carried out in operating room can improve the psychological condition and quality of care of the patients.
