护生在中医医院实习中期真实体验的质性研究

摘    要:
[目的]探讨护生在中医医院实习中期的真实认识与感受,了解中医医院临床教学现状,为改进临床带教方式、提高带教质量提供依据。[方法]采用质性研究的焦点小组访谈法,抽取在广东省中医院实习4个月~5个月的护生22名,分成5组进行访谈,分析访谈资料并提炼主题。[结果]实习中期护生均有受挫经历,但对职业认同感影响不大;护生对临床实习生活逐步适应,评判性思维能力增强;护生期望积极主动参与到临床实践中;护生面对职业暴露自我防护意识薄弱;护生的中医护理核心能力培养需提高完善。[结论]实习中期护生已具备良好的职业认同感;应充分发挥护生自主学习能力,实习中期给护生更多的实践机会;积极开展有效的职业防护教育,完善护生职业暴露管理体系,减少护生实习中期职业暴露的风险;增加中医护理教学内涵。

A qualitative research on true experience of nursing students during mid-term of clinical practice in Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital

Abstract:
Objective:To probe into the true recognition and feeling of nursing students during mid-term of clinical practice in Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital,to know about the status quo of clinical teaching in TCM hospitals,so as to provide evidences for improving clinical teaching methods and enhancing quality of clinical teaching.Methods:A total of nursing students from TCM hospitals in Guangdong province were draw out during mid-term of clinical practice.They were divided into five groups for interviews,and then to analyze the interview data and refine topic.Results:All nursing students during mid-term of clinical practice had experienced setbacks,but little impact on professional identity.Nursing students gradually adapted to the life of clinical practice,and their critical thinking capacity was enhanced;Nursing students expected to actively participate in clinical practice.They had weak sense of self-protection when facing with occupational exposure.TCM nursing core competency training needs to be improved for nursing students.Conclusion:During mid-term of clinical practice,nursing students have good professional identity.They should give full play to their self-learning ability,more opportunities should be given to them during mid-term of clinical practice;active and effective occupational protection education should be carried out,to improve the management system of occupational exposure of nursing students and reduce the risk of mid-term occupational exposure.TCM nursing teaching connotation should be increased.
