摘    要:本文对防己科四川千金藤Stephania Sutchuenensis H.S.Lo根中的生物碱成分进行了研究,从中获得四种生物碱,其中三种证明为liriodenine(1);oxoanolobine(2);tetrandrine(3);其中oxoanolobine为首次从防己科中获得,另一种生物碱(4)经光谱和理化性质分析,确定为一种新型的氧阿朴碱(oxoaporphine)类生物碱,命名为千金藤酮碱(stephanonine) (4),此外,还分明一种非生物碱(5),为三十一烷烯醇-2,和其他几种结晶成分。

Abstract:Four alkaloids and one non-alkaloidal compounds have been isolated from. the roots of Stephania sutchuenensis. Their structure elucidation were based on the spectroscopic methods (UV, IR, HRMS, 400MHz~1H-NMR) together with their chemical and physical properties. Crystal 1 was characterized as liriodenine (1), Crystal 2 wasidentified with oxanolobine (2), the first alkaloid isolated from Menispermaceae. Crystal 3 was Identified with d-tetrandrine (3). Crystal 4 is a new oxoaporphinoid alkaloid, named stephanonine, the structure of which was established as (4) on the basis of Spectroscopic analysis including 2D ~1HCOSY spectrum.A non-alkaloid compound 5 was characterized probably as a hentricontane-ene alcohol by its IR and MS spectroscopie analysis.
