| 摘 要： | 目的:观察不同中医体质类型缺血性脑卒中患者的临床特点及近期预后。方法:采用前瞻性队列研究方法,参照王琦的体质分类标准分类体质,通过临床观察和量表测定,了解不同体质类型患者临床特点和发病3个月的预后(NIHSS,BI,MRS)。结果:①气郁质患者危险因素积分显著低于气虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质和瘀血质患者(P0.05);气郁质患者NIHSS显著低于气虚质、阳虚质和痰湿质患者(P0.05),而BI明显高于后者(P0.05)。②3个月后不同体质类型患者NIHSS、MRS、BI不存在统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:不同体质类型缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能和日常生活能力存在差异,但治疗后的近期预后无明显差异。 |
