| 摘 要： | 目的:观察独活寄生汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法:70例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组35例予雷公藤多甙片治疗,治疗组35例在对照组治疗基础上予加用独活寄生汤治疗,疗程1个月。结果:治疗后两组患者关节疼痛、压痛、肿胀、活动障碍指数,晨僵等临床症状及血沉、C反应蛋白等实验室指标均有明显改善,治疗组优于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P0.05)。治疗组显效率、总有效率均显著高于对照组(P0.01)。结论:独活寄生汤治疗类风湿性关节炎安全有效。
